- Are the facilities licensed?
Yes, each facility is licensed by the Department of Social Services. - When was Raya’s Paradise Established?
The first facility was established in 1991. Raya’s Paradise is one of the first small scale facilities in the city of Los Angeles and West Hollywood. - Does the facility have reference to provide?
Yes, we have a few online testimonials and a few hard copies. Please contact us for more details. - How many employees work in each facility?
Usually the ratio is for every 3 residents we have 1 caregiver. - How many meals served daily? Are special diets available?
Raya’s Paradise serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with snacks in between. Special diets are available (Ex: Low Sodium, Low Potassium) - Is transportation available?
Yes, to medical and dental appointments only. - Is personal assistance provided?
Yes, there are staffs at the facility 24 hours per day to assist the residents. - Does the facility provide activities?
Yes, we have different activities set up for different days. See our schedule. - Are friends and visitors allowed to visit?
Absolutely and also encouraged to visit within the visiting hours. - Does Raya’s Paradise accept Medicare or Medi-Cal benefits as a source of payment?
No, Raya’s Paradise only accepts private funds in the form of cash or checks.
We do accept long term care coverage.
