Each year, more and more older Americans choose to receive some form of assistance with day-to-day care. Every person’s situation is unique – we understand it’s not a black-and-white choice. That’s why we offer six high-quality care paths. Whatever option you choose, we’ll be there to meet changing care needs. Please use the below to guide your decision-making as we assist you in determining your next step.
Our Services & Care Options
Assisted Living
Our Assisted Living program is designed to support continued independence, in an environment that maximizes autonomy, dignity and privacy. Our Assisted Living communities offer a variety of non-skilled services and amenities. We offer both private and semi-private suites, and the option to receive assistance from trained staff with day-to-day care needs like dressing, bathing, transportation, and medication reminders. We commit to our relationships and work to satisfy the unique preferences of our assisted living residents.
Memory Care
Our Memory Care program is designed for seniors with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia, or other recognized disorders that affect memory and cognitive functioning. We provide an environment that is secure, and specially designed by memory care experts to allow safe living. Our communities encourage continued independence through targeted therapeutic engagement programs that address memory impairment, and other common dementia behaviors. We train our team to meet many of the distinct needs that arise.
Hospice Care
Our Hospice program is available in our communities and includes specialized care for those approaching the end of life. Our Hospice program benefits those living with an underlying illness that is regarded as untreatable. Our goal: to provide compassionate care and keep the client comfortable. We involve a combination of holistic and whole-family approaches supplemented by emotional support, management of symptoms and spiritual guidance. The purpose to provide caring, not curing, and retain dignity while managing pain and symptoms.
Short Term Stay / Respite
Our Respite Stay program is designed to provide caregivers with the opportunity for a temporary rest from their caregiving duties while their loved ones continue to receive the care they require in a safe and warm community. Additionally, we provide a temporary residence for seniors who need time to recover after a hospitalization or rehab stay. Our Respite program allows seniors to enjoy the same services, amenities and remarkable care as our residents.
