By accessing or using the Site in any way, including browsing, submitting a form or providing any information, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who We Are

Raya’s Paradise operates Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in Los Angeles and Orange County, licensed by the California Department of Social Services. The Site describes our assisted living, memory care and related services and helps families learn about and connect with our communities.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults. By using it, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a family member or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Informational Purpose Only; Not Medical Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about our communities and services. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not create a provider-patient or professional relationship.

Always consult a qualified physician or licensed professional about specific health needs. The decision to move into a community, and the care a resident receives, is governed by a separate admission agreement and care plan, not by the Site.

Descriptions of services, availability, amenities and pricing may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of admission, availability or a specific outcome.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Use the Site to harass, threaten, defame or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems.
• Introduce malware, scrape data at scale or interfere with the Site’s operation.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Raya’s Paradise, which may include appointment confirmations, scheduling and information about our communities. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. You can also opt out by calling (310) 289-8834. Information collected for SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as job application portals and resident payment systems. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and your dealings with any third party are at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raya’s Paradise from any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. Under the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act, if you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice with the required details to our designated agent at Info@RayasParadise.com or the address at the end of these Terms. We will investigate and respond as the law requires.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and post the new version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
