At Raya’s Paradise we are very proud of the care we provide to our residents. We are happy to share a letter we have received from the relative of one our residents.
Dear Monica,
I hope this note finds you well !
Just wanted to take the time, to Thank You and your staff, for all of the Great Loving Care you provided my Dear Auntie Emily Zentner.
From the very beginning, I realized, she was in a place where I was confident, she would receive the help and compassion that she needed.
With all of the wonderful fresh healthy food cooked daily that she received, to the Love she was shown by the care givers, let her achieve the quality of life she
so deserved in her final years.
This service that you provide, to all the family’s with Loved Ones in need of care, is truly Gods Work, and thank goodness for people, such as yourself, and your staff, who are able to rise to the occasion.
I would like to also take the opportunity to send a special Thank you to Rosie, for all of the Love and Care that she showed my Auntie Emily. Her unwavering commitment and strength, to provide the best care possible, is not only a testament to her great character, but also shows that she has truly found her life’s calling. Her job is clearly not an easy one, with the amount of responsibility that is required, and for that I have the greatest amount of respect, for all that she accomplishes each and every day. Any company, would be fortunate to have her as an employee, knowing they could depend and count on her allegiance for a job well done.
I would also like to Thank Ruby, For always being there to answer any questions that I might have, or to help resolve any problem that might have occurred. She always showed the greatest amount of respect for concerns that myself or Auntie Emily may have had. I could truly tell, that she was absolutely sincere about wanting to help, and also showed much Love and compassion toward Auntie Emily at all times.
There is also one more person that I would like to personally send a Thank you to. Zukra, one of the care givers at the Larrabee House, is also with out a doubt, an absolute wonderful and great asset to your company.
She is one of the most Kind and Caring people that I have had the pleasure of meeting. She always showed the greatest amount of Love, Caring, and compassion toward my Dear Auntie Emily. Always quick to smile and so willing to help at all times. Very humble, but with the ability and strength, to meet all of the challenges that come with this line of work.
Thank you Monica, for your always kind and understanding nature, whenever we have spoken over the last few years. Raya’s Paradise, is very fortunate to have someone of your caliber, as there C.E.O. leading the way.
And to all of the other care givers that have helped with the care of my Dear Auntie Emily, Thank you with all of my Heart, and All the Best to you and your Family’s !
